Description
This session focuses on learning how to meet your own emotional needs with stability and compassion. We identify childhood patterns that still influence your reactions, attachment style, and expectations in relationships. Through self-reparenting practices, nervous-system regulation, and boundary work, you learn to create inner safety, reduce emotional
dependency, and build a grounded sense of self. This work supports both romantic relationships and parenting by strengthening emotional resilience and self-leadership.
