Psychodynamic coach

We met with Maiju weekly via video calls for about 7 times, and in between I wrote a diary. We used different kind of techiques, like guided mental visualization exercise (wich we found precisly good for me). At that time in my life I felt a bit disconnected with myself, I wanted to stop for a second from my rat race and find out what I really need/want, what is important and discover myself overall. Maiju guided me softly and gently, helped me towards better self knowledge, giving me new perspectives and ideas and gave me strenght/showed me my strenghts. There was something really pure and real in this process and meetings; I often started to cry purifying tears. After meetings I felt calm, confident, happy, and got lots of ideas and tools to continue my journey. As a guide Maiju was soft, gentle, amazingly intuitive. I see her as a helper, healer. With her help I might have not stopped, stopped to breathe and take a deeper look at inside me; I found a quite beatiful and powerful woman inside.

When I started Maiju's coaching, I felt that I was already quite far along in my own processes. And I even wondered if it was worth spending any more time on me. So the starting point for starting the coaching was that I felt that there were still some small obstacles in my way so that I could rise to my own power and potential, so that the leadership and presence that emanates from within me would be natural without doubts that someone would suppress that desire to be seen or the desire to create something new in the world. In all the exercises, I got to go on a journey of imagination, which helped me either throw away my own inhibitions, old beliefs or step into the time of future success and light. Halfway through the coaching, we did an exercise, during which I experienced a vision (Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio with a full moon directly above) and that vision was brought to me concretely later that same day via the internet while browsing Facebook. The vision strongly reflected a harmonious balance between the masculine and the feminine for myself and Maiju as a coach, and my own experience in the middle stages of coaching was that I am very balanced and ready to lead from balance. In one coaching session, I found myself on the top of a mountain in the golden light of success and abundance, happy and content. After the coaching guided by Maiju, I have clearly been in a truly balanced state with myself. I have noticed that in practice, nothing that would have triggered my own behavior before no longer affects me. I have also noticed that my thoughts about what I want to be and what I want to do in this life have become much clearer after Maiju's coaching. Grateful for that. I am really satisfied with how, under Maiju's guidance, I was able to clear the last obstacles from my own path, so that I can act from my own inner wisdom and peace, as my balanced self. Maiju has an innate ability to guide the coachee into the energetically correct internal processes, so that the coachee can free themselves from limiting beliefs and be free to be themselves and act from their deepest self. Coaching is definitely beneficial for individuals at various stages, from those at the very beginning of their healing processes to those who have been working on their own processes for a long time.

Maiju has a very gentle way about her. A pure energy. She skillfully sees behind the door what is hidden and takes its 'hand' and gently encourages it to come through. Through meditation Maiju has the ability to bring the imagery of healing to the forefront. Healing with love and patience and softness. My experience was so clear and the tears flowed. Again Maiju was patient and compassionate. She asked question throughout the mediation which lead to further clarity and a place where I could heal. When she cleared my chakras, again it was incredibly visually clear and so much so I painted it as a gift for her. This process also gave insight into myself and I found that some areas were more closed of than others. After all this I felt like a new woman! I would highly recommend Maiju's unique healing. Totally individualised to each soul.
